Entirely crafted from locally sourced materials like weaved palms, mango wood, driftwood, and doum palms, the bandas are simplistic in their design, with open air windows offering a truly immersive nature experience. Countless details executed with care give Che Shale its unique identity. Furniture, decor, lighting and fixtures are one of a kind and designed for ultimate chilling.

Deluxe Bandas
Treat yourself to one of our two Deluxe Bandas and experience style, seclusion and castaway chic at its best. A favourite with couples, your Deluxe banda is built on stilts for added breeze, it features a king size bed, a verandah with two sofas for lounging, a spacious bathroom and extras such as kikoy towels and early morning tea/coffee on your verandah. Immerse yourself in 100% natural and locally sourced materials, and a warm soothing palette of colours.

Che Shale Bandas
Tewa Banda
We have five Che Shale Bandas here at Che Shale; all are ensuite and unique in style. Tewa Banda is our loft style double banda, with the bedroom located upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. This is an incredibly popular room for couples and singles looking for the unique opportunity to sleep in the trees.

Suli Suli & Fulusi Banda
Suli Suli & Fulusi Banda are our two triple bandas, both with a double and single bed (and space to add a cot). Both bandas feature spacious verandas complete with a sofa and a swinging bed, providing an ideal spot for your morning coffee or afternoon siesta.

Songoro has always been a popular banda for families and groups of friend and having recently undergone a huge rebuilt it's just got even better.
With a double ensuite located upstairs with its own private balcony, plus a further double bed and single bed downstairs, also en-suite, this banda is the ultimate choice for those seeking a castaway chic family getaway.

Kajama Bandas​
Our two Kajama Bandas are set further back in the property, tucked amongst lush doum palms for privacy and complete immersion into nature. They are a perfect blend of chilled and rustic, and a perfect option for families that want to place their kids in their own room. These bandas are casual and cozy, they are built on stilts for added breeze and only natural materials have been used. They offer everything the beach savvy traveler needs: a double bed with mosquito net, a verandah with two chairs and having been recently renovated, each room is now ensuite.
